Dressed swimming:

  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a leap(completely submerged), surface after water tredding and then float with one (brought or thrown) plastic bag for 30 seconds (blow air in bag IN the water)
  • Complete the test with climbing on the side of the pool independently.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a headfirst jump, followed by (without coming above water)
  • Swim underwater through a hole in a vertical sail at 9 meters from the (starting) side is, then(without surface upon) a cone at 12 meters (from the starting side ) is tagged, then breaststroke for 25 meters.
  • 50 meters backstroke, a once interrupted by a somersault forward and a backward somersault
  • 50 meters breaststroke, with a time element is performed with the following in pairs: operator A and B swimming towards each other, operator A puts his hands on the shouldersof participant B and pushes it even under water while they swim over it. A participant in Participant B swims by;

In swimwear:

  • In the water, supine, hands on hips, 5 meters pry (dams) in the direction of your feet in a squatting test complete turn (360 °)clockwise, and then extend a turn (360 °) counterclockwise.
  • In the water, in pairs, 4 x throw the ball.
  • Start in the water, swim 10 meters of polo crawl with the ball
  • 30 Seconds unequal water treading water, 3 times to signal rise.
