Dressed Swimming:

  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with jump of choice (completely submerged), surface after.
  • Water tredding and then float with one (brought or thrown) plastic bag for 30 seconds.
  • Complete the test with climbing on the side of the pool independently.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a headfirst jump, followed by underwater diving.
  • Swim underwater through a hole in a vertical sail at 9 meters from the (starting) side 25 m breaststroke,
  • 50 meters backstroke, 2 times interrupted by a backward somersault, 50 meters breaststroke, interrupted by two times: in a raft in length(at least 1.5 meters) to swim, then climb up on the opposite side and go off, again under the raft by swimming.
  • Complete the test with climbing on the side of the pool independently.
  • A participant in the water, the other student uses a flexible beam or other floating device to pull the other student to the side.

NB The clothing package is: swimwear, t-shirt, blouse or shirt with long sleeves, long pants (trousers that work seamlessly with the skin can be used) shoes (plastic, leather and sports shoes are allowed, with no real sole shoes are not permitted).

In swimwear:

  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a jump of choice, followed immediately by150 meters breaststroke, with at least 2times a turning point is made correctly.
  • Start in the water (hands on bar, pool deck or starting block),followed by compound 25 meters backstroke.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a jump start, followed by 25 meters front crawl.
  • Start in the water (hands on bar, pool deck or starting block) with competition starts, followed by 25 meters backstroke.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a jump start, followed by 8 meters (beginners) butterfly.
  • In water go from the edge, or a starting block, with an jump of your choice, a number of strokes breaststroke swim, followed immediately by making a corner dive and then hitting three cones, at a distance of 2 meters at least 2 meters below the surface are drawn.
  • In the water, supine, hands near hips, 5 meters pry ("wrikken") in the direction of the head, trial end with a squatting turn (360 °).
  • In the water, pairs, 4 x throw the ball.
  • Start in the water polo crawl swim 10 meters.
  • 30 Seconds of unequal water treading.
