Swim skills 3

Dressed swimming:

  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a leap(completely submerged), surfice after • all water kicking, fill one (brought or thrown) plastic bag with air and thus float 30 seconds, then go under water, empty the plastic bag, come up again and fill the bag again with air and float 30 seconds
  • Complete the test with climbing on the side of the pool independently.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a headfirst jump immediately followed by swim underwater through a hole in a vertical sail at 9 meters from the (starting) side is, then(without surface upon) a cone at 15 meters is tagged, then breaststroke for 25 meters, then 50 meters backstroke, a time interrupted by two forward somersaults and two backward somersaults, 50 meters breaststroke, interrupted: a corner dive, a back gate.
  • Complete the test with climbing on the side of the pool independently.
  • From the side with a crouch jump into the water with a flexible beam or other floating device in hand, flexible beam or other floating device to grab by the participant at least 10 meters from the shore into the water and 10 meters in the supine position to the side pull.

NB. The clothing package is: swimwear, t-shirt, blouse or shirt with long sleeves long pants (trousers that work seamlessly with the skin can be used) shoes (plastic, leather and sports shoes are allowed, with no real sole shoes are not permitted).

In swimwear:

  • From the water edge, or a starting block with a jump of choice, followed immediately by 200 meters breaststroke, with at least 3times a turning point is made correctly.
  • Start in the water (hands on bar, pool deck or starting block),followed by compound 75 meters backstroke.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a jump start, followed by 75 meters front crawl, with at least one tuimelkeerpunt is made.
  • Start in the water (hands on bar, pool deck or starting block) with competition starts, followed by 75 meters backstroke, with at least one turning point is made.
  • Start from the water edge, or a starting block with a jump start, followed by 15 meters butterfly.
  • In water go from the edge, or a starting block with a jump of choice, a number of strokes breaststroke swim, followed immediately by making a corner dive and then submerged a hoop from the bottom lift (located horizontally on the ground, at least 2 meters deep), go through and then reappear.
  • In the water, supine, hands close to hips, 5 meters pry (dams) in the direction of the head, then tucked a back flip.
  • Start in the water, swim 10 meters of polo crawl in pairs with the ball, the ball two times to play each other.
  • 30 Seconds unequal water treading, pass the ball3 times from one hand to the other, well above the water surface.
